HappenUpon is a personal travel itinerary app. You may use it for personal, non-commercial purposes. You agree not to:
HappenUpon Pro is available as a monthly subscription, yearly subscription, or one-time lifetime purchase. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage and cancel subscriptions in your Apple ID account settings. No refunds are provided for partial subscription periods.
The free tier allows up to 2 active or upcoming trips. Features marked as Pro require an active HappenUpon Pro subscription or lifetime purchase.
Trip Sharing uses Apple's iCloud and CloudKit infrastructure. When you share a trip, you are sharing data stored in your iCloud account. You are responsible for the content you share and with whom you share it.
HappenUpon is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the app will be error-free or uninterrupted. Travel plans are your responsibility — always verify bookings directly with airlines, hotels, and other providers.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, HappenUpon and its developer shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app, including any loss of travel data.
These terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of the United States.
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
